Jan is absolutely someone you need to work with. He's humble, curious, and and has that rare talent of balancing being highly technical with being extremely creative. When faced with a challenge, he'd always find some ingenious solution - whether it be coding his way through a challenge or finding some new technology to wrangle.

He produced the most elegant training content during our time at Twilio together, and I felt like I learned something new from him every time we spoke. Overall, he's a fantastic human and a highly collaborative teammate.

Jan is exceptional, he has deep technical expertise, an incredible work ethic and everyone that worked with Jan had nothing but positive feedback. He was a strong team player and natural leader. He has a knack for translating complex technical concepts into a language any business user can understand.

While on my team he demonstrated strong acumen around contact center, communications, CDP and how to tie all of them together as a developer and architect.

He was the product owner for our Learning Adventures initiative he led the strategic vision from creation to deployment. This was a cross organisation effort that required Jan to create coalitions, drive roadmaps and resolve blockers and ensure that stakeholders in seniors leadership were kept informed. He also worked with developers & consultants to ensure that the project was kept on time, within budget and that it achieved the desired outcomes. This project was central to the growth of the Partner education ecosystem at Twilio.

Jan is a recognized and influential leader within the Training Center of Excellence team, typically the lead contact for strategic initiatives, and a MVP award winner. He exudes passion for partner enablement and fosters this value when building relationships with both his peers and our internal stakeholders.

Leveraging his deep technical experience, Jan anticipates the need and is part of the solution in improving processes, systems, and tools. He balances big-picture concerns with day-to-day activities. During brainstorming session, his broad technical expertise and knowledge of development and learning methodologies allowed us to expand our partner enablement offerings.

Jan would provide insightful, motivating, and constructive feedback to junior members on the team to help enhance their skill development. His collaborative style and teamwork across organizational boundaries allowed the team to consistently exceed our deliverables.
